Minuteman Senior Services offers a range of free, evidence-based programs to help older adults stay healthy, both physically and emotionally. We can connect you or your loved one with the program that best meets your needs.

Wide range of programs

Minuteman is your source for a range of health and wellness programs addressing a variety of topics, including the following:

  • Preventing falls, including exercises to increase core strength and balance.
  • Managing chronic diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, COPD, asthma, hypertension, Parkinson’s, arthritis, and more.
  • Family caregiver wellness, including self-care, self-efficacy, and use of community resources.
