Minuteman is your source for a range of health and wellness programs addressing a variety of topics, including the following:
- Preventing falls, including exercises to increase core strength and balance.
- Managing chronic diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, COPD, asthma, hypertension, Parkinson’s, arthritis, and more.
